With advanced academic credentials, including a specialized Master in Marketing from East Anglia University in the UK, Najelaa brings a unique perspective to sustainable development, combining strategic insight with practical application.

Her career has been marked by diverse roles that emphasize innovative learning techniques, particularly for Generation Alpha, enabling her to design engaging and effective educational programs. She is adept at using active learning methods and incorporating tools like cognitive neuroscience to foster curiosity and participation among children and young learners.

Najelaa has also championed women’s empowerment in vulnerable communities. She is skilled in creating sustainable economic opportunities for women by teaching handcraft techniques and by promoting the recycling of materials, including fabric residues from factories, into marketable products.
